What's your refund policy?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple for App Store purchases, and Microsoft for Microsoft Store purchases, under their own refund policies. If something isn't working, contact us on the support page and we'll help however we can.
Do the apps connect to my bank?
No — and that's on purpose. You enter your own numbers. Your budget is stored on your device. Only the optional Money Coach sends a summary of your numbers to an AI service when you ask it a question.
